1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the ck776 platform ("Platform") and all its services ("ck776", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member").

These Terms apply to adult users located in Bangladesh. The platform includes the ck776.cam website, any mobile applications, and all associated services. These terms are written in English and the English version shall be considered the authoritative version.

ck776 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account on ck776 and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate personal information (name, date of birth, address, email).
• Each person may register only one account.
• Registration on behalf of any prohibited person or entity is strictly forbidden.
• You must use the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Your registered payment method must be in your own name.

If the information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, ck776 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account at any time. Any funds held in the account may be forfeited in such cases.

3 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

• Allowing any other person to use your account or sharing your credentials is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify ck776 immediately.
• Use a strong, lengthy password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging into your account from public or shared devices.

ck776 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from a breach of account security unless that breach is entirely due to ck776's own technical failure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on ck776:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 minimum per method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 minimum per method.
• Withdrawal Time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit. ck776 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if there is suspicious activity on the account or if verification is incomplete.

Any transaction fees charged by a bank or mobile financial service provider during a deposit or withdrawal are the member's own responsibility. ck776 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ck776 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general bonus terms are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address will be treated as bonus abuse.
• If multiple accounts are created to take advantage of bonuses, all such accounts will be closed.
• Cashback Bonus: Bronze members receive up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver members 0.5%, Gold members 0.8%, and Platinum members 1.0%.
• ck776 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

In the event of any dispute relating to bonuses, ck776's decision will be considered final.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on ck776 have their own individual rules. The general gaming rules are as follows:

• All gaming activity is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. In accordance with the fair play policy, all game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical error, the bet for that game will be refunded.
• In all games, including live casino games, the dealer's or operator's decision is final.
• For sports betting, bets will be settled based on the official result of the event.
• Betting limits are set individually for each game and are displayed in the casino interface.
• For all sports betting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi, all bets must be confirmed before the event begins.

ck776 reserves the right to investigate any uncertainty about a game result or any technical disruption, and to void bets if necessary.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck776 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using computer programs, bots, scripts, or automation software to gain a gaming advantage.
• Secret cooperation or collusion with other members.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or hardware.
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent betting requirements.
• Any fraudulent activity against the platform or other members.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity.

8 Limitation of Liability

ck776 provides the platform's services on an "as is" basis. We strive to maintain the highest standard of service, however ck776 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Disruption to the gaming experience caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Failure of third-party software or payment providers.
• Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or government directives.
• Loss caused by the member's own negligence or a breach of account security.
• Decisions made by the member based on information published on the platform.

In any circumstance, ck776's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

9 Dispute Resolution

For any complaint or dispute, the member must first contact our customer support team. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

1. Step 1: Submit your complaint to the customer support team via live chat or email.
2. Step 2: Our team will provide an initial response within 72 hours and begin an investigation if required.
3. Step 3: A final decision will be communicated based on the outcome of the investigation.

In any dispute relating to gaming results, our system logs and game server data will be considered the final evidence. The deadline for submitting a dispute is within 30 days of the incident.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

• Closure by ck776 due to a breach of the Terms.
• Automatic deactivation following a prolonged period of inactivity.
• Closure for legal or regulatory reasons.

If a member has any valid balance in their account before it is closed, it will be returned unless there is evidence of a terms violation. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
